It’s been awhile since I have updated many of you about my Parkinson’s journey.  I find it hard to believe that I have been on this journey now for 13 years.  I would like to be able to say that we have all my symptoms under control and life is good however as my PD provider has said, “ the only thing that is predictable about Parkinson’s is it’s unpredictability.  However one thing remains constant I continue to try and maintain a positive attitude.  Thanks to my family, friends, and my community of PD friends for their support, encouragement and love! You certainly  make my journey easier! Welcome to my fundraising page! The 5KforJK, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, has a mission to improve the lives of those living with Parkinson's. Donations from last year allowed the team to build and distribute over 700 Parkinson's kits, support multiple Parkinson's exercise classes, and contribute to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. The 5KforJK means so much to me because the work they are doing is making a difference in how people with Parkinson's feel and how they live their lives today. 

To maintain and expand those programs, we need your support! The 5KforJK 4th annual walk/run will be held again at Liberty Middle School in Powell, OH  on Sunday, September 15, 2024.
