Please consider donating to Team Liberty High School as we try and raise $1,000 for the 5KforJK Parkinson's non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life for those affected by Parkinson's. Your donations will help us build FREE kits for people with Parkinson's, fund exercise classes for those who need it most, and provide UberHealth rides for those who can no longer drive to class.

1. $25 supports an UberHealth ride to and from the gym. We offer UberHealth to help people with Parkinson's who can no longer drive, get to and from class!
2. $50 creates a FREE PD kit. Our kits are a source of hope and peace, or as some have referred to it, "it's like a hug in a box". 
3. $100 supports a PD gym class. Exercise is critical to slowing the progress and our efforts to support PD gyms are helping! 

The majority of people living with Parkinson's are diagnosed and given little to no information on how to move forward, leaving them feeling isolated and alone. Your donation will increase the quality of life for those affected by Parkinson's, by bringing them hope and peace through educational kits and exercise.
